Waterman – Apprentice Employer of the Year 2019

With a strong commitment to bringing new talent into the industry, Waterman were thrilled to win Apprentice Employer of the Year 2019. They are actively working alongside schools, colleges and universities across the UK to recruit the next generation of engineers.

To futureproof their scheme, Waterman – based in Clink Street – continuously explore ways to develop their apprenticeship offering, and ensuring apprentices always work alongside highly experienced team members as they develop their skills is a crucial part of this.
