The Awards
The Southwark Business Excellence Awards celebrate the successes of the borough’s large and vibrant business community, provide opportunities for networking, encourage economic growth and market Southwark as a world class place to do business.
The programme is organised by White Label on behalf of Southwark Chamber of Commerce and Southwark Council, and is designed to appeal to every type and size of enterprise from start-ups to SMEs and large corporates.
Awards winners are exclusively announced at an Awards Ceremony.
The Process
The submission process for the awards programme is designed to be as straightforward and transparent as possible. The outline below provides a useful breakdown of the key stages in the programme for category entrants.
REGISTRATION
Companies are asked to register online via the awards website between Thursday, 3 March and Friday, 22 April.
FINALISTS
Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, 18 May and proceed to the second round stage which ends on Friday, 17 June.
JUDGING
Our finalists will attend a virtual 1-2-1 interview with a category judge in the week commencing Monday, 27 June.
WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Winners will be announced at the Southwark Business Excellence Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, 21 September then published on the Awards website and promoted via social media and local press.
