10 Feb Southwark Business Excellence Awards 2022 launching 3 March
The Southwark Business Excellence Awards in association with London South Bank University (LSBU) are back for 2022 – with an in-person launch event on Thursday, 3 March.
You can hear more about the Awards and network with other businesses while enjoying canapes and light entertainment at LSBU’s Business School from 6-8pm.
The programme, now in its fifth year, is run in partnership with Southwark Council and Southwark Chamber of Commerce. Since 2018, it has taken place every year since with equal measures of success.
The Awards are so fundamental to recognising the achievements of Southwark businesses that they continued throughout the pandemic, renamed in 2021 as the Southwark Business Resilience Awards to reflect the challenges of the pandemic and transformed into an innovative hybrid event.
This year’s 3 March launch kickstarts the call for entries period when business of all sizes will be encouraged to apply to the 12 free to enter categories up until Friday, 22 April.
Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, 4 May with a second-round submission and interview with a judging panel taking place ahead of the in-person Awards Ceremony on Thursday, 7 July.
