Tustin Estate family fun day sponsored by Pulse

The Pulse team had a very successful and enjoyable Family Fun Day at Tustin Estate with Southwark Council.

The event on September 3, follows the company’s appointment to lead the exciting regeneration of the Tustin Estate, just north of the Old Kent Road.

Pulse sponsored the event and its big-hearted staff turned out to run games for the community.

“It was a great opportunity to meet some of the residents and their families, who had a great afternoon and won lots of prizes at our hook-a-duck game!”, the company said on its website.

Following phased demolition works, which includes residential homes, commercial units & a primary school, the development will be rebuilt to provide 210 replacement council homes, 220 new social rent & key worker homes and a further 220 private sale units (as well as a replacement primary school and commercial units) to further Southwark Council’s pledge to provide new, quality homes in the area.

This crucial regeneration project puts residents at the heart of the development. It builds upon Pulse’s experience in large scale residential projects and our proven track record of successful delivery and collaborative working. Pulse are working with an engaged & positive residents’ group – they have been incredibly involved in the process to ensure a fair and inclusive ethos around the project as well as ensuring we meet their needs with the regeneration works.
